Unseasonal rains and the blooming Chrysanthemum varieties have brought a durable beauty to our garden.  Chrysanthemum plants were originally native to China and Japan and have spread all over the world from there. Thanks to selective cultivation there are now between twenty and thirty thousand cultivars in the world. The Chrysanthemum indicum with its tiny yellow heads is well known to all of us, and this one the Chrysanthemum x morifolium is also referred to as the florist’s daisy. A beauty that lasts for days once bloomed.
