बस यूँही……..

.
.
A hazy , foggy night meant that the sunrise would be different.
.
The Sun rose lazily, too. A mountain ridge and a thick blanket of fog meant it wasn’t visible till it cleared the horizon. The sun appeared red faced at the delay.
.
I was reminded of William Shakespeare’s sonnet, titled simply by its number.
.
Sonnet 33 By William Shakespeare

Full many a glorious morning have I seen
Flatter the mountain tops with sovereign eye,
Kissing with golden face the meadows green,
Gilding pale streams with heavenly alchemy;
Anon permit the basest clouds to ride
With ugly rack on his celestial face, And from the forlorn world his visage hide,
Stealing unseen to west with this disgrace:
Even so my sun one early morn did shine,
With all triumphant splendour on my brow;
But out, alack, he was but one hour mine,
The region cloud hath mask’d him from me now.
Yet him for this my love no whit disdaineth;
Suns of the world may stain when heaven’s sun staineth.

रात का अंधेरा सताता नहीं हमें अब,
जमाने के जुल्म हमें प्रताड़ित करे कब,
एक रात की तो बात है,हमारे पास तो हौसलों की बारात है….

I was waiting for one since yesterday. Addiction! Excellent photography, doc and remembering the great Shakespeare.

The rising but subdued sun, the darkness and the sound of silence.

Darata rahega raat ka andhera, darane do..
