This pretty Crepe Myrtle flower dropped from the heavens on my head today. It is truly a delicate beauty. Aptly called #Pride_Of_India, it’s botanical name, Lagerstroemia speciosa doesn’t do justice nor give a clue to its prettiness.

कोई कुचलता जाता है, कोई दिल में समेटता हैं
फूल बेचारे बिन बोले दिल का शहद छलकाते है
अपनी खुशबू पीछे छोड़े पल पल खिलते मुरझाते है
